Sensitive actions — such as edits to student records, invoice changes, or permission updates — should be traceable. Administrators can review who did what and when.
Roles
Principals can delegate without over-sharing. Accountants do not need attendance edit rights; teachers do not need fee deletion rights unless your policy explicitly requires it.
