Configure academic year and classes

Set up sessions, classes, and sections before importing students or fees.

Order of operations

  • Create or select the active academic year.
  • Add classes (e.g. Class 1–10) and sections (A, B, C).
  • Import or add students and assign them to the correct class/section.
  • Attach fee plans per class if you use structured billing.

Tips

  • Freeze structural changes during peak exam weeks if possible.
  • Align naming with what appears on report cards to avoid parent confusion.
