From the student list, choose export and pick the columns you need. Respect data minimisation — only share phone numbers or addresses when the third party truly requires them.
Governance
Align exports with your school’s privacy policy. See Student data privacy on the blog.
Security
Only roles with permission should export full rosters. Ask your principal if you cannot see the export action.
